Tanja Grandits, one of Switzerland’s most renowned chefs, has created her own world with the Stucki restaurant in Basel – a place full of flavors, enjoyment and warmth. Tanja Grandits has been independent since 2001 and has continued to evolve. Today, she runs a company with over 50 employees and combines a fine dining restaurant, delicatessen and catering service under one roof. Her keen sense of taste and trends as well as her positive attitude towards life makes her and hear team leading figures in Swiss fine dining cuisines.

Tanja Grandits has received several awards for her outstanding achievements, including “Chef of the Year” in 2014 and 2020 from Gault&Millau. With an impressive 19 points in GaultMillau and two Michelin stars, the “Stucki” is one of the best restaurants in Switzerland. In addition to her work in the kitchen, Grandits also devotes herself to writing – her latest book “Einfach Tanja” reflects her very personal philosophy and passion for creative cooking.
