The Hertenstein peninsula on Lake Lucerne is a magical place. Where there was once a retreat for monarchs and artists, you can now find the impressive Campus Hotel Hertenstein. It includes 62 stylish rooms, as well as 26 studios and apartments, and beautiful hotel grounds spanning 30,000 m² with private waterside frontage and moorings.

Between 2010 and 2013, the Group completely refurbished the 1960s-built Hertenstein hotel and invested 87 million Swiss francs in the process. All 62 rooms and suites in the main building feature floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, providing a stunning view over Lake Lucerne, the Bürgenstock mountain and the peninsula’s rolling hills. A modern seminar complex with twelve light-filled seminar and event rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, as well as a large banquet hall with 170 seats and a unique lake view, provides excellent conditions for conferences and events of all types and sizes

The Hertenstein restaurant offers Italian specialties, and at the ship landing stage in front of the hotel, there is the self-service café Vienna with a terrace, serving Swiss and Austrian delicacies.

Nestled discreetly behind the hotel is the « Campus Dorf Hertenstein ». At its core is the Cereneo Center, a modern clinic for neurorehabilitation. On the hilltop, there are also five smaller new buildings with rental apartments, as well as studios and apartments for long-term guests.
